Hearth – advisory boutique that sparked from the ambition to lead organisations mindfully.<\/h2>\n

Our founding story begins at 2020 when Mihkel Tammo and Elar Killumets founded their first leadership club. This idea sprouted from an understanding that successful organisations in terms of achieving their substantial objectives, team’s job satisfaction but also outstanding in financial terms start with owners and leaders who are self-aware. Our initiative was to start the gathering spot for leaders interested in self-development.<\/p>\n

6 years later ambition grew. We decided to expand the number of clubs. In addition, we decided to start introducing new offerings and interventions. Decisive push to increase our level of intensity was Mihkel’s conversations with Kristjan Pe\u00e4ske, who is now the second founder of Hearth, and mutual understanding that everything that was done earlier had been received exceptionally well and both had ideas how to start building the value proposition further.<\/p>\n

Primary ways how Hearth wants to offer supports to our clients is by offering consultancy<\/strong>, training programmes<\/strong> and shared experiences<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

WHO ARE WE?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Mihkel and Kristjan met first time back in 2018. It was the principal’s office at private school: Rocca al Mare Kool<\/em>. Meeting was held there to discuss the initiation of a sustainability programme for the school and parents with complimentary backgrounds were invited to share their views. From there it became evident that two men live in neighbouring villages, are both well-known spokespersons at their respective fields and share many common views on life. This day started a friendship that has offered many shared activities and deep conversations. Kristjan was one of the first members at the leadership club. When Elar needed to spend more time abroad for work and unable to continue in primary role for the club, Kristjan was an organical match to take over as co-host of the clubs with Mihkel.<\/p>\n

Before the founding process of Hearth, in 2025, both Mihkel and Kristjan found themselves in a spot where they felt experientially that our inner world directs everything that is external and that too often more meaningful and authentic life remains unapproachable because we are not able to strike the needed balance between those two. This can be said about both: individuals and organisations. Self-awareness and abilities built on it help us to sense better what is important and offer us chances to respond instead of automatic reacting in various situations that life brings.<\/p>\n

By the beginning of Hearth we have proved ourselves many times over as diverse and innovative practitioners. The experiences lived through as founders, leaders, social spokespersons and individuals interested in self-development help us to bring viable and high success rate solutions into our cooperation projects.<\/p>\n

02 UNIQUE COOPERATION MODEL<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our designed peak strength is about holding the big picture. Big picture is our offering to both: executives and organisations. We only operate through more detailed interventions when we are dissatisfied with how processes work around us.<\/p>\n

Hearth is a platform and due to that we work closely with many different professionals who are more wiser than us at their fields of speciality. This enables us to create more thorough value proposition without sacrificing our primary focus.<\/p>\n
