Last stage of leadership clubs expansion
Currently we are lucky to host and facilitate 5 leadership clubs with 105 members. Our initial plan was to cap the number of core-team led clubs at 6.
We have now reached the last lap before finishing that milestone and this is an announcement that we are now looking for leaders who are interested to join the last one.
Hearth leadership club #6 will start it’s activities in January 2027 and we hope to complete the roster by 31st of august 2026.

We can meet for a lunch after confirmed interest and information in detail will be provided there.
In addition to our own led clubs we have defined Hearth from the start as a platform. In that sense we are really glad that one of our Club #1 members is now putting together Hearth self-development club for HR Managers. Everything else will be the same, but target group will vary. While our 6 “main”clubs will be hosted by our founders Mihkel and Kristjan then HR managers club, let’s call it club #7 will be hosted primarily by Liisa-Maria Lees who came up with this initiative and who professionally is HR Manager of Swedbank here in Estonia.
