Training
The creators of Hearth have conducted presentations, lectures, and trainings hundreds of times before starting Hearth. The predominant topics include leadership, sustainability, organizational governance, good service, marketing, human resources, self-development, and the future of society. We have shared our ideas at universities, general education schools, conferences, industry events, corporate inspiration days, and other events.
Hearth offers us the opportunity to develop more comprehensively curated training on topics where we feel we have something important to say. To add value, perhaps bring new freshness to the discussion in both organizations and society. At Hearth, we want to offer a productized approach to training that provides both leaders and organizations with balance or future skills.
01 BALANCE
We live in a world that needs both healing and creativity at the same time.
In a world of dizzying technological development, humans often end up the losers. Humans, who are the best adapters of all species, but today we have reached our limits.
The prevailing paradigms in organizational development keep issues that affect people’s sense of security, well-being, and meaning in the background. Here, once again, we see a meeting point between self-development and good leadership.
Hearth’s trainings on maintaining balance in organizations and leaders strive to contribute through various interventions to bringing improvement where it is difficult and creativity and inspiration where space has been made for it.
Balance Block trainings are designed to help organizations achieve their goals and thrive in the long term, and to help the people who make up every organization meet their challenges as effectively and sustainably as possible.
Some examples of topics we prepare training on: nervous system regulation, shared consciousness and shared conscience in organizations, how to keep peace in a team during turbulent times, and many others.
02 FUTURE SKILLS
As a central metaphor for the creation of Hearth, we talk about the new and the old world. The need in our space to catch up with the world that is trying to overtake us at an increasing speed. Our own experiences in various roles have shown very clearly that in business, it is how things are shown and how things really are. At the same time, in business, it is also the case that we often act looking in the rearview mirror and from inertia, not from a future-oriented perspective, which brings risks in terms of survival. What both have in common is that they bring about widespread dissatisfaction and a gap between people’s basic need to experience a meaningful life and their everyday reality.
In the future skills block, we select those topics where we have recognized that something can be done better. Without exception, we have received confirmation of this from our practice, that is, we have proven it for ourselves and therefore we dare to share it with others. Our first training here will be on how to create a better team, or recruitment.
In the Hearth training category, we are the main responsible and facilitators of only some formats. We call these the Hearth signature series of trainings. In the remaining, the Hearth community series of trainings, we involve people with whom we share common values. We work together, which allows us to offer more content that we believe in. Trainings can be one-off or series in nature. As a rule, they are intended for collectives, but it is often beneficial if the trainings are followed by 1:1 work with people in whom the application of the knowledge gained will yield the greatest benefit.
In the Hearth signature series, we are doing the groundwork to come up with both deep dive track series on interesting topics and a self-aware leader vertical development program.
When we are ready to add a new training course to our training program, we will announce it through marketing campaigns and direct offers. Those interested should follow the newsletter, social media and website.
