Leadership club was founded back in 2020 because one leader felt a need to find himself a community. Community of leaders who similarly would want to bring perspective, presence and growth as human/leader into their lives.
Next 5 years was for testing. We learned by doing and this created a backbone that has shaped the structure of seasons. Seasons are the units in which we measure clubs activities. Through first five years club´s tone of voice and courage were built and as the format was exceptionally well received it guided the way towards professional service level.
Since 2025 our leadership club started to expand and it’s identity was born: Hearth. Today we have put together 5 of them. 106 leaders in our community and counting. Even though we have reached a point where we want to share the fruits of our work more broadly we consider it uttermost important to keep the “we’re doing it for ourselves” attitude. As we grow the community we hold our traditions in honor, experiment without fear of failure and, keep our center and protect our mission.

Clubs consist of three type of EXPERIENCES
01 US Ourselves
Most essential part of the clubs are the shared stories. Topics for the seasons and for the gatherings come from the organizers but the substance from the clubmembers. Shared experiences offer us a chance of identifying – me too, but also learning opportunities – great idea, I can use that in my practice.
Safe environment with supportive peers creates the core of the leadership club. This is time for yourself. Time to step outside your daily life and it’s rhythm and offers room to share and receive.
02 Practicing together
We believe that shared self-development and leadership activities offer stronger results than practicing solo. Every season features formats where we budge our limits together, feel healthy amount of unpleasant growth and thanks to that we expand our ordinary limits.
03 Broadening our minds
Even though lectures and training is not the central part of the club experience we makes sure that healthy amount of new ideas enter members minds. We try to keep the level of our guests high and bring in valuable ideas both from Estonia and elsewhere.
You can submit your application to join the club throughout the year. Our Seasons start twice a year, in September and in January. Every season consists of 10 gatherings, 7 of them being traditional and familliar from earlier seasons and 3 are ad hoc spontaneous ideas. In addition to club’s ordinary format we will organize 1-2 international trips for club members to join throughout the year if interested.
Joining Hearth leadership club means having a 1:1 introductory meeting, usually in a lunch format with one of the Hearth’s founders and dedication to participate atleast 70% of the programme.
Even though membership in club is renewed once a year we are trying to create and develop a format where leaders want to stay for extended period of time. We still have members who are with us from the very beginning. We try to grow and get better at our craft while being aware about the needs of our members and to create a home outside home which keeps on providing positive energy that turns into well-balanced leaders, positive life at home and to well operating organisations.
