Our aim in Hearth is to create various offerings at the crossroads of self-development and leadership. It is important that the service or product we provide would be innovative or that we offer something practically different from the rest of the market. What we mean by that in terms of coaching as the marketplace is overflowing with both, demand and supply side is:

01 WE ARE PRACTITIONERS

We have convincing hands-on leadership experience. All of our mentors have dealt with challenges of change and execution. Our wisdom and experiences come from the fields and weeds and are not theoretical.

02 STRONG PATH IN SELF-DEVELOPMENT

In addition to professional savviness our coaches are courageous practitioners on their personal self-development journeys. Life lived from inside out has been reached by overcoming different challenges, gathered insights and trained embodiment.

We consider this to be crucial because occasionally coaching and mentoring can get stuck at surface level and details that don’t hold long-term impact. Coach who senses wider and deeper perspectives has the ability to guide toward systemic and structural challenges that can bring the lasting change.

03 VOCATION

Hearth mentors share sensed feeling that this kind of work is meant for them and that they want to serve and support other leaders.

We are building our Coaches/Mentors community from our leadership clubs and out of members who have reached certain maturity and recognition of shared mission.

By operationg this way at slow and non-linear pace we hope to offer our clients the presence this kind of work demands.

04 CONTINOUS DEVELOPMENT

We keep ourselves accountable to work with the latest and most cutting edge tools and insights the field has to offer. We develop ourselves, test and practice and bring our clients ways of working that help to make clearer decisions and to hold responsibility gently.

WHO ARE OUR MENTORS?

The journey of Hearth coaching begins with our 2 founders who have been working at this field quite a while already.

It is important for us to meet our clients there where is their ability to receive and willingness to act.

Coaching can revolve around personal challenges and opportunities. For example: new leaders adapting to their challenges, growth/expansion of the organisation, human centric and team leadership, crises and many many others.

At the same time coaching can be about personal growth through different roles in leaders life. Most common examples would be the balance of work and personal lives, being aware of ones core values and optimising their decisions around them etc.

The best way in our opinion is to combine both sides. It follows the process of  recognize – embody – serve and offers long-term opportunity to be supported both with situations that are present currently here and now but also being patient and systematic about how to put together long-term meaningful improvements in ones life.

The most important role of a coach is to offer elaboration and supportive challenge to clients internal monologue. It is really easy to stay stuck in our own heads and go through motions in our daily lives without recognising it.

We have strong ambition to offer coaching and mentoring services that stand behind leaders well-being and help to recognise the increased sense of purpose and lead to lives lived from inside out.
